Shipping Options
We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on most of orders except Sharpening stones.
All packages are shipped via Australia Post and include Signature on Delivery as standard.
Sharpening stones are heavier than other products, so their prices include the estimated shipping cost. This allows us to keep the checkout process simple, and no additional shipping fees will be added at checkout.
Knife orders remain free shipping as usual.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days, depending on your location within Australia.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, due to public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather events or delays within courier networks.
Dispatch & Tracking
All orders are dispatched from our workshop in Mullumbimby, NSW within 1–3 business days.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Multiple Item Orders
If your order exceeds the packaging limit for our standard satchels, it may be split into multiple parcels.
We will contact you before dispatch if this applies.
International Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only.
Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time.
Incorrect Address / Missed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We cannot take responsibility for lost or returned items due to incorrect addresses.
If a parcel is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
Gifting & Special Requests
We do not currently offer gift wrapping.
However, if you're sending a knife as a gift, feel free to leave a note during checkout.
